Dispense a pea-sized amount of the cream onto your fingertips.
Gently dot the cream onto your forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck.
Using upward and outward motions, carefully massage the cream into your skin until fully absorbed. Avoid the delicate eye area. For initial use, apply only two to three times per week, in the evening.
As your skin builds tolerance, you can gradually increase the frequency to every other night, and eventually, if tolerated well, nightly.
