Instructions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the earplugs.
2. Roll the earplug firmly between your fingers into a narrow, compressed cylinder.
3. With your opposite hand, reach over your head and gently pull your ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.
4. Quickly insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal.
5. Hold the earplug in place for 20-30 seconds while it expands to fill the ear canal.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
These earplugs are disposable and intended for single use. Replace with a new pair as needed. For extended noise exposure, replace frequently to maintain optimal protection.
