It is a partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG) fiber food supplement. PHGG fiber is a 100% vegetable, soluble dietary fiber that helps promote regularity of intestinal transit. It acts in a soft and natural way on the body, presenting good tolerance. It is easy to include in the daily routine. Thanks to its neutral taste and its easy dissolution, it is very versatile and can be added to hot or cold drinks or meals, without altering the taste, texture or smell. It is recommended in liquids, add 1 scoop (5g) in 100 ml of liquid and stir. In solids, mix the powder in 100 g of food. For a correct dissolution, do not use in carbonated drinks or sparkling water. In adults start with 1 scoop (5g) per day and if necessary, gradually increase the dose by 1 scoop per day every three days. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 20 g / day. May contain milk.
