4. Once warmed or if serving at room temperature, open the pouch by tearing along the designated notch. 5. Squeeze the desired amount onto a spoon or into a bowl. 6. Discard any uneaten portion from an opened pouch. 7. Always check the temperature of the food before serving to your baby.
