1. Wash your hands and your baby's hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Find a comfortable and well-lit area to trim your baby's nails. 3. Securely hold your baby's hand, ensuring a firm grip on the finger or toe you are working on. 4. Gently press down on the fingertip to retract the skin away from the nail. 5. Using the MAF Baby Nail Scissors, carefully snip along the natural curve of the nail. Avoid cutting too close to the skin.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each nail. 7. Smooth any rough edges with a baby nail file (if needed).
8. Wash your hands and your baby's hands again after trimming.
