Instructions for Use: 1. Wash containers and lids thoroughly with warm soapy water before first use and after each subsequent use. 2. Sterilize containers and lids using a Philips Avent sterilizer or by boiling in water for 5 minutes. 3. Express or pump breast milk directly into the sterilized Avent container. 4. Securely attach the lid to the container, ensuring a tight seal to prevent leaks. 5. Label the container with the date and time of expression using a waterproof pen or pre-printed labels. 6. Store filled containers in the refrigerator or freezer. Allow space at the top of the container for expansion during freezing. 7. When ready to use, thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator or by placing the container in a bowl of warm water. Never thaw breast milk in a microwave or boiling water.
8. Once thawed, gently swirl the container to mix the separated fat layers. 9. Warm the milk to feeding temperature using a Philips Avent bottle warmer or by placing the container in a bowl of warm water. Test the temperature before feeding.
10. Attach a compatible Philips Avent teat and screw ring to the container to feed your baby.
