For storage, stack the cups and lids in the fridge or freezer. 6. Use the included starter spoon to feed your baby. 7. After use, wash the cups and lids in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.

Additional Tips: 1. Write the date and contents on the lid or cup for easy identification. 2. Allow food to cool completely before storing in the fridge or freezer. 3.
