Ingredients
The essence of incense is derived from the resin of the Boswellia carterii tree. The best quality comes from Somalia. The harvesting period runs from November to February; during this time, the bark of the trees is incised to allow the resin to drip. After a few days, the resin hardens, forming gum, which is then ready for essential oil extraction.
ENCENS SACRÉ is born from the pursuit of a sublime balance between two olfactory shades of incense: the essence extracted by distillation, with a sweet, mineral, balsamic note, and the essence obtained through high-temperature distillation, offering the true impression of burnt incense, paying homage to the ancient art of fumigation. Supporting this duality, a floral heart of Moroccan Rose and Jasmine, and a warm base of Amber, Patchouli, and Sandalwood.
