Apply gentle but firm pressure and file in a back-and-forth motion. 4.Use the smooth side: For the rest of your feet, use the smooth side of the file to refine the skin and achieve a smooth finish. 5.Rinse and dry: Rinse your feet with clean water and thoroughly dry them. 6.Moisturize: Apply your favorite foot cream or moisturizer to hydrate and soften your skin.
