Here's how to use these effervescent tablets: First, dissolve one tablet in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml).
Allow the tablet to fully dissolve before drinking. It will fizz and create a refreshing, citrus-flavored drink.
It is best to take this supplement in the morning, preferably with breakfast, to kickstart your day.
Taking it with food can also help improve absorption of the vitamins.
The recommended frequency is one tablet per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
