Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Open your mouth wide. 3. Direct the nozzle towards the back of your throat. 4. Press the pump to deliver the recommended dose (typically 2-3 sprays). 5. Avoid swallowing immediately after spraying to allow the product to coat your throat. 6. Close your mouth and hold for a few seconds.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed, up to 3-4 times per day. For best results, use at the first sign of throat discomfort.


Additional Tips: For optimal benefit, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
