Directions for Use: 1. Open one envelope. 2. Pour the contents into a glass. 3. Add approximately 150ml (5 oz) of cold water. 4. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved. 5. Drink immediately.


Recommended Frequency: Take two envelopes per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, for five consecutive days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
