Melatonin 1900 Flash provides a dose of 1.9 mg of melatonin, to quickly fall asleep (1) in case of difficulty sleeping, or in case of jet lag (2). Its orodispersible shape melts under the tongue without adding water, and allows rapid assimilation by the body. 1.9 mg of melatonin. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep (1) and to alleviating the sensation of jet lag (2) (jet-lag). Does not cause addiction. Vanilla flavor. (1) The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before going to sleep. (2) In a minimum dose of 0.5 mg before bedtime. In case of difficulty falling asleep: take 1 tablet a day allowing it to melt under your tongue, without drinking water, at bedtime. In case of jet lag: take 1 tablet a day allowing it to melt under your tongue, without drinking water, from the first day of the trip and for the following days, until the effects of jet lag are no longer felt.

Directions for Use: 1. Place one tablet under your tongue. 2. Allow the tablet to melt completely. Do not chew or swallow the tablet whole. Do not drink water with the tablet.


Recommended Frequency:


For difficulty falling asleep: Take one tablet daily at bedtime.


For jet lag: Take one tablet daily at bedtime, starting on the first day of travel and continuing until the effects of jet lag subside.


Additional Tips:


For best results: Take the tablet shortly before going to bed. This product contains 1.9mg of melatonin, which contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep and alleviating the feeling of jet lag. This product does not cause addiction. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking other medications. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
