Directions for Use: 1. Take one (1) microtablet of Esi Melatonin Pure 1mg. 2. Swallow the microtablet whole with a glass of water, or allow it to dissolve under your tongue for faster absorption. 3. Consume approximately one hour before bedtime. 4. For jet lag, take one (1) microtablet before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.


Recommended Frequency: Use once daily, or as needed, to support a restful night's sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is advised to consult with a healthcare professional for long-term use.


Additional Tips: For best results, establish a consistent sleep schedule.
Create a relaxing bedtime routine, such as reading or taking a warm bath.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed.
Ensure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
