Directions for use

Directions for Use:1. Take the capsule orally with a glass of water.2. Do not chew or crush the capsule.3. Swallow the capsule whole.

Recommended Frequency:Adults: Take two (2) capsules daily for 14 days during periods of sensitivity.
Ages 12-18: Take one (1) capsule daily for 14 days during periods of sensitivity.
You may repeat the treatment if necessary after a 5-day break between treatments.
