Directions for Use: 1. Place one Kneipp Good Night Forte Infusion tea bag in a cup. 2. Pour freshly boiled water (approximately 150ml) over the tea bag. 3. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes. 4. Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
