This food supplement contains Vitamin D, which is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps the proper absorption of calcium in the intestine, regulating cell growth. Its deficiency is associated with rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults. It is also involved in calcium absorption.

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Use the calibrated dropper provided to measure the recommended dose. 3. The usual dose is 0.5ml (equivalent to 400 IU of Vitamin D) per day, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
4. The drops can be taken directly or mixed with a small amount of food or drink. 5. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.


Recommended Frequency: Take 0.5ml daily, preferably with a meal.
