Directions for Use:1. Take the capsules with a glass of water.2. Do not chew or crush the capsules.3. For adult men, seniors, boys, and girls: Take one (1) capsule in the morning.4. For women and adolescents over 15 years of age: Take two (2) capsules in the morning.

WARNINGS: Iron supplements can cause constipation, nausea, vomiting, dark stools, and stomach upset. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
