Very complete formula with fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and 4 strains of freeze-dried microorganisms, including some strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria naturally present in the body. The other three strains are Lactobacillus reuteri LR02, Lactobacillus plantarum LP09 and Bifidobacterium breve BR03.
Take 1 or 2 sachets per day, for a period of 1 to 3 months. Dilute 1 sachet in 200 ml of water. Take before meals.

Directions for Use: 1. Open one sachet of Kernbiotic. 2. Pour the contents of the sachet into 200 ml (approximately 6.8 fl oz) of water. 3. Stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. 4. Consume the mixture immediately. 5. Take before meals.


Recommended Frequency: Take 1 or 2 sachets daily for a period of 1 to 3 months. For optimal results, consistency is key. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.


Additional Tips: For best results, use room temperature or cool water. Do not use hot water, as this may affect the viability of the probiotics. Store unopened sachets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once a sachet is opened, consume its contents immediately.
