Directions for Use: 1. Take one (1) to two (2) Nutira Forte Caps capsules. 2. Ingest immediately before consuming a dairy product, meal, dessert, or medication containing lactose. 3. Do not exceed two (2) capsules per lactose-containing meal or product.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed, just before consuming lactose-containing foods or medications.
