How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the mouthguard. 2. Remove the Prim Bruxicalm Day Mouthguard from its protective case. 3. Carefully position the mouthguard over your upper teeth. 4. Gently bite down to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. 5. The mouthguard should fit snugly without feeling too tight. 6. Remove the mouthguard when not needed, such as during meals or when speaking for extended periods.


Recommended frequency: Wear the Bruxicalm Day Mouthguard during daytime hours when you anticipate experiencing stress or anxiety, such as during work, studying, or driving. It can also be worn during other activities where you tend to clench or grind your teeth.


Additional tips: 1. Clean the mouthguard daily with cool water and a mild soap. Avoid using hot water or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the material. 2.
