Directions for Use:


1. Measure five to ten milliliters of Care+ Mouth Aphthas Mouthwash using the provided measuring cup.
2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with the solution for two minutes.
3. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
4. Do not dilute the mouthwash. It is ready to use.
5. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing.


Recommended Frequency:


Use up to three times a day for optimal results.


Additional Tips:


1. For best results, use after meals. 2. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing.
