Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of GUM Original White Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces of your teeth and along the gum line. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. Do not swallow the toothpaste.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with GUM Original White Toothpaste at least twice a day, in the morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
