Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles of your GUM Original White Spaz A-Macc toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, using small circular motions. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 5. Rinse your toothbrush and store it upright in a clean, dry place.

Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice daily, in the morning and evening, for optimal oral hygiene.
