Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Sensodyne Double Action toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush gently for two minutes, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned. 3. Spit out excess toothpaste. Do not swallow. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, every morning and night, or as directed by your dentist or hygienist.


Additional Tips: For best results and maximum sensitivity relief, use Sensodyne Double Action consistently. For sensitive teeth, applying a small amount of toothpaste directly to the sensitive area with your fingertip and massaging gently for one minute can provide additional relief. Consult your dentist if sensitivity persists.

Ingredients: Sorbitol, Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Aroma, Xanthan Gum, Titanium Dioxide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Hydroxide, Limonene. WARNINGS: If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, consult your dentist or doctor. Sensitivity may be a sign of a more serious underlying problem requiring prompt care. Contains Sodium Fluoride (0.315% w/w Fluoride ion).
