Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Parogencyl Forte Toothpaste Sensitive Gums onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces for at least two minutes, paying particular attention to the gum line. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste. Do not swallow. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Parogencyl Forte Toothpaste Sensitive Gums after each meal, ideally three times a day.
