Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of your chosen toothpaste to the bristles of the Parodontax Complete Protection Soft Toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 3. Use small, circular motions for the outer and inner surfaces. 4. Use back-and-forth motions for the chewing surfaces. 5. Pay special attention to the gumline and areas where plaque tends to accumulate. 6. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath.

Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, every day, ideally after meals.

Additional Tips: 1. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly with water after each use and allow it to air dry upright. 2. Store the toothbrush in a clean, dry place away from other toothbrushes to prevent cross-contamination. 3.
