Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Ortolacer Dental Gel Lime Flavour onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, paying special attention to areas around orthodontic appliances if applicable.
3. Spit out the excess gel. Do not swallow.
4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, morning and night, after meals, or as directed by your dentist or orthodontist.
