LACER Chlorhexidine is a fast-acting broad-spectrum antiseptic with a pleasant taste that is effective against the micro-organisms found in bacterial plaque. Its effects are long-lasting to prevent bacteria from recolonizing the oral cavity. LACER Chlorhexidine becomes firmly attached to different surfaces in the mouth to create a sustained-release system. LACER Chlorhexidine acts at different levels. It eliminates the existing plaque structure, inhibits the adhesion of salivary proteins and the formation of new plaque, and destroys the micro-organisms responsible for the formation of dental plaque. It is indicated to help in the treatment of gingivitis and periodontal disease, and is also effective as a maintenance therapy in periodontal and pre-implant treatment, pre- and post-operative periodontal surgery, implantology, caries prevention in irradiated patients (rampant caries), orthodontia and gerodontology. Composition: Toothpaste: CHLORHEXIDINE DIGLUCONATE 0,12 g. XYLITOL 1,00 g. VITAMIN E ACETATE 0,50 g. PROVITAMIN B5 (PANTHENOL) 0,50 g. BIOAVAILABLE EXCIPIENT q.s. 100 g.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Lacer Chlorhexidine Toothpaste onto a moistened toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned. 3. Pay special attention to the gum line. 4. Spit out the excess toothpaste. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


Recommended Frequency: Use Lacer Chlorhexidine Toothpaste twice daily, morning and night, after meals, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.


Additional Tips: 1. For optimal results, use in conjunction with other Lacer oral hygiene products. 2. Do not swallow. 3. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist. 4. Keep out of reach of children. 5. For external use only. 6. To maintain the effectiveness of chlorhexidine, avoid rinsing with water immediately after brushing and avoid consuming food or drinks for at least 30 minutes after use. 7. Transient staining of teeth may occur with prolonged use, but this is usually superficial and can be removed by professional cleaning. 8. Consult your dentist if staining persists. 9. This toothpaste is particularly beneficial for individuals with gingivitis, periodontal disease, or undergoing periodontal treatment, implant procedures, or orthodontic treatment.

Sorbitol, Water, Hydrated Silica, Glycerin, Xylitol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Titanium Dioxide, Flavor, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin.


Warnings:
Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Contains Sodium Fluoride. Consult a dentist or doctor if condition persists or worsens. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. This product may cause temporary staining of teeth and tongue. This staining is usually reversible and can be minimized by good oral hygiene practices or removed by a dental professional.

  • I started using this toothpaste in Spain and it's great stuff. Chlorhexidine isn't available over the counter in the US, and chlorhexidine-containing toothpaste isn't available at all. It's fantastic that I can get this product over the internet. While it's not quite the same as popping into the pharmacy at el Corte Ingles, it's still pretty convenient.
