Directions for Use:


1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Gum Technique Medium brush head.


2. Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line.


3. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.


4. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas at the back of the mouth, utilizing the Quad-Grip handle for optimal control and reach.


5. Brush for at least two minutes.


6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.


7. Rinse the toothbrush and store upright in a clean, dry place.


Recommended Frequency:


Brush your teeth twice a day, morning and night, for optimal oral health.
