Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the GUM Technique PRO Soft Compact Brush. 2. Position the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned. 4. Pay special attention to hard-to-reach areas, including the back molars and the gum line. 5. Brush for at least two minutes, twice a day. 6. Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing.

Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with the GUM Technique PRO Soft Compact Brush at least twice a day, for a minimum of two minutes each time. Ideally, brush after each meal and before bed.

Additional Tips: 1. Replace your GUM Technique PRO Soft Compact Brush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 2. For optimal oral hygiene, use in conjunction with GUM floss and mouthwash. 3. Consult your dentist or dental hygienist for personalized advice on brushing techniques and oral care routines. 4. Don't brush too hard, as this can damage your gums and enamel. 5. Store your toothbrush upright in a clean, dry place to prevent bacterial growth.
