How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the Gingilacer Toothbrush. 2. Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush in small, circular motions, ensuring you reach all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 4. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where the teeth meet the gums. 5. Brush for at least two minutes. 6. Use the diamond-shaped head to reach difficult areas at the back of the mouth. 7. Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing. 8. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store upright to air dry.

Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after every meal, and especially before going to bed and after waking up. Consult your dentist for personalized recommendations.
