Directions for Use:


1. Wet the toothbrush head with water. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Place the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 4. Gently brush in a circular motion, ensuring you clean all tooth surfaces. 5. Brush each tooth individually, paying attention to the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 6. Don't forget to brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Rinse the toothbrush under running water and store upright to air dry.


Recommended Frequency:


Brush your teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, ideally after breakfast and before bed.

1. Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
