2. Use a gentle in-and-out motion to clean the area. 3. Do not force the brush into tight spaces. If it doesn't fit comfortably, try a smaller size. 4. Rinse the brush thoroughly with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed.

Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth.
