Directions for Use: 1. Drop one Fittydent Cleaning Tablet into a glass or container with enough warm (not hot) water to completely cover your dental appliance. 2. Place your dental appliance in the solution, ensuring it is fully submerged. 3. Allow the appliance to soak for 15-30 minutes. 4. After soaking, remove the appliance and rinse it thoroughly under running water for at least 30 seconds. 5. Brush your appliance gently with a soft-bristled brush to remove any remaining residue. 6. Discard the used cleaning solution.


Recommended Frequency: For optimal cleaning and hygiene, use one Fittydent Cleaning Tablet daily.


Additional Tips: 1. Do not use boiling water, as it can damage your dental appliance. 2. Do not leave your dental appliance in the cleaning solution for longer than 30 minutes. 3. For stubborn stains, you can repeat the cleaning process. 4. Always rinse your appliance thoroughly after cleaning. 5.
