While still pinching the tip of the condom to expel air, roll the condom down the shaft of the penis to the base. 6. After intercourse, while the penis is still erect, hold the base of the condom firmly and carefully withdraw from the vagina. 7. Gently remove the condom, wrap it in a tissue, and dispose of it in a waste bin. Do not flush down the toilet.
