Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nasal spray. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use and replace the protective cap.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to relieve nasal congestion. Typically, this can be 1-2 sprays in each nostril, several times a day, as required. Do not exceed 6 applications per day per nostril.


Additional Tips: For hygienic reasons, this nasal spray should only be used by one person. After use, clean the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap.
