Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. Press the pump firmly while inhaling gently through your nose. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other nostril. 8. Replace the protective cap.


Recommended Frequency: Use Snoreeze Nasal Spray as needed before bedtime. For best results, use nightly. You may also use it during the night if you wake up and your snoring resumes.
