Directions for Use: 1. Open the metal box. 2. Remove one candy. 3. Slowly dissolve the candy in your mouth. Do not chew or swallow whole. 4. Repeat as needed.

Recommended Frequency: Adults: 8 to 12 candies per day.
Children and adolescents (6-17 years): 4 to 6 candies per day.
