Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any existing mucus. 2. Shake the bottle well before each use. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Close the other nostril with your finger. 6. Spray once or twice into the nostril while inhaling gently. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed up to 3-4 times per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.


Additional Tips: For best results, use at the first sign of nasal congestion. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen. This product is intended for short-term use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
