Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands and fingernails are clean and smooth to avoid damaging the pantyhose. 2. Turn the pantyhose inside out up to the heel. 3. Gather the leg portion of the pantyhose in your hands, like a sock. 4. Carefully insert your foot into the foot section, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 5. Gradually pull the pantyhose up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or twists as you go. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other leg. 7. Gently pull the pantyhose up to your waist, ensuring a comfortable and even fit.


Recommended Frequency: Daily wear is recommended for optimal results. You can wear them throughout the day, but it is advisable to remove them before going to bed.


Additional Tips: 1. To prolong the life of your pantyhose, hand wash them in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. 2. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach. 3.
