Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your legs are dry and clean before application. 2. Turn the pantyhose inside out up to the heel. 3. Carefully gather the fabric from the toe to the heel. 4. Position the pantyhose over your foot, ensuring the heel is correctly placed. 5. Gradually pull the pantyhose up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or creases as you go. 6. Adjust the waistband for a comfortable fit. 7. Avoid excessive pulling or tugging, as this can damage the garment.


Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, wear the Medilast Maternity Panty daily during your pregnancy. You can wear them throughout the day and remove them before going to bed.
