Directions for Use: 1. Ensure the hot water bottle is completely empty before filling. 2. Carefully fill the bottle with hot (not boiling) water, filling to a maximum of two-thirds capacity. 3. Slowly expel excess air from the bottle by gently squeezing until the water reaches the neck. 4. Securely tighten the stopper, ensuring it is leak-proof. 5. Check for leaks by holding the bottle upside down for a few seconds. 6. Wrap the hot water bottle in a towel or cover before applying to the skin. 7. Place the covered hot water bottle on the affected area. 8. Never apply directly to bare skin.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for pain relief. Do not use for extended periods. Allow skin to cool down between applications. Consult a healthcare professional for persistent pain.


Additional Tips: 1. Do not overfill the bottle, as this may cause it to burst. 2. Use caution when filling with hot water to avoid burns. 3.
