Instructions for Use: 1. Cold Therapy: Place the Nexcare Coldhot Prem23 in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. 2. Remove from the freezer and apply to the affected area. 3. Secure the pack in place using the elastic bandages. 4. Hot Therapy: Heat the Nexcare Coldhot Prem23 in the microwave according to the instructions on the product packaging (heating times may vary depending on microwave wattage). 5. Carefully remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature before applying. 6. If the temperature is comfortable, apply to the affected area and secure with the elastic bandages. 7. Important: Never overheat the pack. 8. Always test the temperature on a small area of skin before applying to the affected area to avoid burns.

Recommended Frequency: Apply the Nexcare Coldhot Prem23 for 15-20 minutes at a time. You can repeat the application as needed, but allow at least 20 minutes between applications. Do not use for extended periods.
