1. Position the stabilizer so the kneecap is centered within the open patellar area. 2. Wrap the stabilizer around your knee, ensuring the edges overlap. 3. Secure the top strap first, adjusting the tightness for a snug but comfortable fit. Do not overtighten. 4. Fasten the middle strap, again adjusting for comfort and support. 5. Finally, secure the bottom strap, ensuring even pressure and support around the knee. 6. The stabilizer should feel supportive without restricting circulation or causing discomfort.
