Instructions for Use: 1. Position the brace so the kneecap opening is centered over your kneecap. 2. Slip your foot through the brace and pull it up over your knee. 3. Adjust the brace so it fits snugly but not too tight. Ensure the cross fabric in the back of the knee (popliteal area) is positioned comfortably. 4. Smooth out any wrinkles or bunches in the fabric.


Recommended Frequency: Wear the 3M Futuro Comfort Knee Brace Size M as needed during physical activities or to provide support for minor knee pain, sprains, and bruises. It can be worn daily, but listen to your body and remove it if you experience any discomfort. Do not wear while sleeping.
