Instructions for Use:


1. Position the pad so the oval opening is centered over your forearm, just below the elbow.
2. Slide your arm through the opening. 3. Adjust the pad so the compression pad rests on the top of your forearm, providing gentle pressure to the affected area.
4. Secure the straps, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. Do not overtighten.
5. Adjust the straps as needed throughout the day to maintain comfort and support.

Wear the 3M Futuro™ Comfort Lift Elbow Pad as needed throughout the day to provide support and relieve discomfort. You can wear it during activities that aggravate your elbow pain, such as sports, work, or household chores. It can also be worn during rest or sleep for added comfort.
