Bring the strap across your back and over the opposite shoulder. 4. Attach the buckle to the strap loop near your elbow, adjusting the length to ensure your hand is slightly elevated above your elbow. 5. The thumb loop can be used for additional support and comfort if needed. Ensure the sling is not too tight, allowing for proper blood circulation.
