How to Use: 1. Ensure your foot is at a 90-degree angle. 2. Slide the support onto your foot, positioning the heel in the designated area of the support. 3. Pull the sides of the support up around your ankle, ensuring the contoured pad rests comfortably against the outer ankle bone. 4. Secure the Velcro tabs, starting with the bottom tab and working your way up, adjusting for a snug but comfortable fit. Do not overtighten. 5. Ensure the support allows for comfortable movement without restricting circulation.


Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for mild ankle strains and support during activity. It can be worn daily for extended periods but listen to your body and remove it if you experience any discomfort. It is not recommended for sleeping.
