Directions for Use: 1. Apply a sufficient amount of Normocare Acticrem to the affected area. 2. Gently massage the cream into the skin until completely absorbed. 3. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.


Recommended Frequency: Apply Normocare Acticrem as needed, before and/or after physical activity. For best results, apply before exercise to prepare muscles and ligaments, and after exercise to aid in recovery. You can also apply it throughout the day as needed for muscle and ligament discomfort.
